One to One:
I work in 60 minute sessions 2x/month for a minimum of 3 months. It is a monthly subscription model of $300/ month. This equates to a $900 total commitment for the 3 month minimum. At the completion of 3 months we will reevaluate if continued support is desired with choice of 1-2x/month until you are no longer requiring support. A 30-day notice is required when ending the subscription.

Couples:
I work in 90 minute sessions 2x/month for a minimum of 3 months. It is a monthly subscription model of $450/ month. This equates to a $1350 total for the 3 month minimum. At the completion of 3 months we will reevaluate if continued support is desired 1-2x/month until you are no longer requiring support. A 30-day notice is required when ending the subscription.

Scholarships or discounts may be available for those facing genuine financial challenges. Please inquire as these are limited.

I recommend supplemental participation in the free Sacred Connection Café [available weekly] for additional support.

-I am trained as a Holistic Family Consultant and Educator by Rebecca Thompson Hitt MS MFT of Consciously Parenting. [ A 3 year experiential training]
-I am a trained Relationship Coach in Relational Life Therapy by Terry Real at the Relational Life Institute [A 2 year intensive training]
-I am trained in Core Trauma Skills by Dr. Albert Wong of Somatopia. [a 12 week training]
-Certified as a somatic practitioner in Focalizing [12 week experiential training]

-Additional Coursework and training from experts including Dr. Frank Anderson, Dr. Janina Fisher, Dr. Gabor Mate, Dr. Peter Levine, Esther Perel, Thomas Hubl and National Institute for the Clinical Application of Behavioral Medicine (NICABM).

My approach is influenced by Internal Family Systems, Somatic Psychology, Nonviolent Communication, Family Constellations and Pre & Perinatal Psychology.

I offer a couple of gift sessions for Focalizing each month. Message to inquire about availability.

My work focuses on connecting clients to their own inner wisdom and guiding compass. To cultivate self-love, self-trust, self-compassion, and the capacity to receive. The body has the answers, and knows what you need for healing. Together we co-create the container for that healing and connection to take place.

We are a good fit if you…
-know you want to meet yourself in a deeper way
- acknowledge the need for support because what you’ve done so far isn’t meeting your needs
- are willing to go into the uncomfortable and be honest with yourself with a compassionate witness traveling with you
- are committed to showing up for yourself
- want to invite more ease, peace, joy, aliveness, receptivity, and slowing down into your life

We are NOT a good fit if you…
-want someone to tell you what to do
-feel that there is something wrong with you that needs to be fixed
- are more concerned with self-improvement over meeting yourself where you are at
- unwilling to go into the body and only want to talk about your problems
- are unwilling to invest financially for support
- have unmanaged mental health issues or significant trauma like PTSD or CPTSD

I have a special place in my heart for those who resonate with the lost child role.

Some things that resonate with the lost child role that may be past or present experiences:
-did not receive guidance for life choices and struggle with decisions
-felt/feel unseen, unheard, unknown
-tried not to have needs, so needs went chronically unmet or currently minimize or deny your needs
-self-sufficient or hyper-independent and struggle to receive help and support
-trouble with self care
-difficulty with boundaries
